Full disclosure, Terry and George Kurkowski are my parents. Having said that, I only recently used their services in buying my first home, and I got to see just how they are in a professional capacity. The home search can be a long process, and Terry and George will guide you to finding your dream home as they did me. Where Terry and George really shine is after you've found the right home and are navigating the closing. I had two issues that came up during the closing process (one of which happened while I was on my honeymoon). The first problem was related to the mortgage. Before I left on vacation, I got a call from my mortgage lender saying they were not able to proceed. When I came back from vacation, everything was resolved. This was in large part due to Terry's constant communication with the mortgage lender trying to find solutions to the particular problem. The second problem was during the final walkthrough, it was clear the previous owner had not vacated the home completely. Terry and George handled going through a final, final walkthrough the next day while properly motivating the previous owner to vacate so that the closing process could proceed. If it were not for Terry and George, I wouldn't be typing this from my new home.

As an east coast transplant, I had no clue where to settle but Terry LISTENED to all of my criteria and found me the perfect house !
It was a no-brainer to Enlist her talents to sell it for me when it was time.
Her communication with me , through the app, texts and emails and phone calls was second to none. Apprehensive about listing on April 1 Due to Covid when originally planned, i was certain of being off my preferred timeline but In the 5 weeks the house was on the market, between the social media and virtual open house and eventual live open house, Terry stayed on point and we culminated with an offer and contract ! My original goal date of moving ended up being only 6 days delayed!
It was pretty crazy to go from contract to buyer's choice for closing date in under 3 weeks but somehow the B and W and Team Terry made it happen.
I could not have had a better realtor or selling experience and I think we all made a great team to get this to "SOLD"
